1. This agreement
These terms are a contract between you — the business using TreeLeads — and NEEDS FAIZAN — registered legal entity name — the company that signs contracts (Leeds Company or Scale and Automate LLC), operating as TreeLeads. By using the site, submitting the booking form, or buying any TreeLeads offering, you accept them.
If you have signed an order form, a statement of work or a separate agreement with us, that document governs where it conflicts with these terms. These terms fill the gaps it does not address.
You must be at least 18 and authorised to bind the business you are acting for.
2. What the service is
TreeLeads is software for tree service companies that operates the path between a homeowner's search and a booked, paid job: search advertising, the booking page the ad points at, tracking and transcription of inbound calls, automated follow-up, review requests, and reporting that attributes revenue back to the advertising that caused it.
Two features are worth naming because they are what people buy it for: Storm Chasers, which activates prepared campaigns in an area after a severe-weather alert, and automatic call capture, which records an inbound call, summarises it, and writes the caller's details and notes into the contact record without anyone typing.
The service depends on third-party platforms — Google Ads, a CRM, a call tracking provider — and on your own Google Ads account where you connect one. We are not responsible for those platforms' availability, policy changes, or account decisions, including an account suspension by Google.
3. The three ways to buy it
Exactly as published on our pricing page:
| Offering | What it is | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Software only | The platform on its own. You run the campaigns; we keep the system running. | $399 per month |
| Do It Yourself | The guided course that teaches you to build and run the campaigns yourself, plus the software underneath it. | $2,999 one time, plus $299 per month for the software |
| Do It For You | We run the advertising and the follow-up for you, scoped to your territory, your ad spend and how much you want to keep in house. | Quoted on the call — no published figure |
Advertising spend is separate from every figure above. You pay Google directly for media, on your own account, unless your order form says otherwise in writing.
Any performance guarantee or refund promise that applies to your engagement is the one written in your order form. Nothing on this website creates a guarantee that your order form does not.
4. Payment, renewal and cancellation
- Monthly fees are billed in advance, each month, until cancelled. They renew automatically.
- One-time fees — the course fee — are billed once, at purchase.
- Cancellation. You may cancel a monthly subscription effective at the end of the current billing period by emailing support@treeleads.io. We do not pro-rate a partial month.
- Non-payment. If a payment fails we will tell you. If it stays unpaid we may suspend the service after written notice, and campaigns we run for you will stop.
- Price changes apply from your next renewal and we will give you at least 30 days' notice in writing.
- Taxes are yours where they apply and are not included in the figures above.
Ending an engagement does not delete your data immediately — the retention periods in the privacy policy apply, and you can ask for deletion sooner at any time.
5. What we need from you
The service does not work if these are missing, so they are obligations rather than requests.
- Give us accurate business information and keep it current.
- Hold the licences and insurance your work requires, and comply with the law that governs it.
- Have the right to use any logo, photograph, review or copy you give us for your pages.
- Answer the phone, or tell us who does. We can book the estimate; we cannot do the job.
- Keep your own account credentials secure, and tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use TreeLeads, or ask us to use it, to:
- Break the law, or breach Google's advertising policies, telephone consumer protection rules, or anti-spam law.
- Send messages to people who have not consented, or continue after someone has replied STOP.
- Publish false or misleading claims about your services, your credentials, or your results.
- Upload or process data you do not have the right to process.
- Attack, overload, reverse engineer or attempt unauthorised access to the platform or any account on it.
- Resell or sublicense the platform, or use it on behalf of a company other than the one on your order form, without our written agreement.
We may suspend an account that is doing any of the above, and we will tell you why.
7. Territory exclusivity
Where your order form grants exclusivity for a service area, it means we will not run TreeLeads advertising for a competing tree service business in that area while your engagement is active, and we will not sell the same lead twice.
It does not mean we control the auction, that no other company may advertise there, or that a homeowner cannot find someone else. Exclusivity ends when your engagement ends.
8. Intellectual property
- Ours stays ours. The platform, the software, the course materials, the templates, the TreeLeads name and marks, and everything we build to operate the service remain our property. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them while your engagement is active.
- Yours stays yours. Your business name, your marks, your photographs, your customer data and your content remain yours. You give us the licence we need to host, display and process them in order to run the service.
- Your advertising account. Where the order form says the Google Ads account is yours, it is yours, including when we leave.
- Course materials are licensed to one company for internal use. Sharing, reselling or republishing them is not permitted.
- Feedback you give us about the product, we may use without obligation.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee results. We do not promise a number of leads, a cost per lead, a conversion rate, a position in the auction, or an amount of revenue, and nothing on this site should be read as promising one. Advertising results depend on your market, your pricing, your capacity, your response time and how you sell — most of which sit on your side of the line.
We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we depend on third-party platforms we do not control.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business or lost data, even if told such damages were possible.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Advertising spend paid to Google is not an amount paid to us.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content, your services, your licensing or insurance status, your instructions to us, or your breach of these terms. We will tell you promptly about any such claim and let you control the defence of it, and we will not settle it without your agreement.
12. Suspension and termination
Either party may end a monthly engagement as described in section 4. Either party may terminate immediately for a material breach that is not cured within 15 days of written notice.
We may suspend the service immediately, without waiting, where there is a security risk, a legal requirement, or a breach of section 6 that is causing harm. We will tell you why as soon as we reasonably can.
On termination: your right to use the platform ends, we stop running campaigns for you, and the data provisions of the privacy policy take over. Sections 8, 9, 10, 11 and 14 survive.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always at this URL with its date at the top. For a material change we will give active customers at least 30 days' notice by email, and continuing to use the service after it takes effect is acceptance. If you do not accept it, you may cancel before it takes effect.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of NEEDS FAIZAN — governing state for the terms — Illinois was proposed and needs confirming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in NEEDS FAIZAN — governing state for the terms — Illinois was proposed and needs confirming have exclusive jurisdiction, and both parties consent to venue there.
Before filing anything, the parties will try to resolve the dispute by talking: send a written description of the problem and what you want to support@treeleads.io, and we will respond within 15 days.
Each party waives any right to a trial by jury, and neither may bring a claim as part of a class action.
15. General
- Entire agreement. These terms plus your order form are the whole agreement and replace any prior discussion.
- Severability. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stands.
- No waiver. Not enforcing something once does not waive it.
- Assignment. You may not assign these terms without our written consent. We may assign them to a successor in a merger or acquisition.
- Force majeure. Neither party is liable for a delay caused by something genuinely outside its control.
- Notices. Notices to us go to support@treeleads.io or NEEDS FAIZAN — business mailing address — a commercial or registered-agent address, never a home address. Notices to you go to the email address on your account.
